Save the Dates

These were my biggest DIY project. I got the idea for a snowglobe turned save the date from a wedding magazine. I took transparency film (used for overhead projectors) created a frame with the purple striped paper. Using foam tape I lined the edges leaving a gap which I filled with some glitter paper and placed over the purple backing which I printed with our Save the date wording. It takes about 12 minutes to assemble each one start to finish. Too forever, but I think it looks very nice. I got many compliments.
